Our Story
Flowers are a passion for me. I love to plant these tiny seeds, watch them turn into those beautiful blooms and in time, share them with others, who appreciate their beauty as much as I do.
I have been outside and active for much of my life. I grew up in France and spent much of my childhood around horses. I moved to Canada when I was 19 to attend a business school in Montreal. After graduating I worked on a horse ranch and then a cattle ranch in Saskatchewan for a year, a turning point in my life. My path led me to Toronto where I worked a couple of different office jobs while working with my partner Tim farming strawberries, vegetables, caring for horses and establishing Robintide Farms.
In 2020, I visited a pick-your-own flower farm and fell in love with the idea of growing flowers.
In 2021, flowers were added to the repertoire of what we were growing at Robintide Farms! There has been much help along the way (family, friends and other farmers) and many difficulties, but most of all much learning, growth and joy.
In 2023, I created French Blooms, separating the flowers from the rest of the operations at Robintide Farms. We still operate on the same premises and go back and forth all the time.
I hope you enjoy our flowers as much as I do, whether at the farm picking a jar, or stopping by a market and getting a bouquet.
Flowers have never failed me in brightening up my day!
